We are really looking forward to being there again and connecting with the area and wonderful people again.

Some new things we will be integrating this year – 1/2 day of community healing, where we will have the opportunity of channeling Reiki, to locals – a fabulous way of saying thanks and broadening the reach and Love of Reiki!

In another beautiful Tanran Reiki level I course at the Swedenborg Centre in North Ryde, I attuned and welcomed Melinda and John,  2 beautiful Souls into Reiki. A small group, yes, and that was how it was meant to be. Both ‘worked’ very intuitively – almost immediately ( I just love that!!) well done guys it was an honor to attune you.
And in a first for me in Reiki I, I was guided to read out the Invitation by Oriah, one of the tools I use to remind me of my commitment to me, and a piece I frequently get very emotional whilst reading – and yesterday was no exception!

Wow what can I say !

A  weekend of Reiki I workshops in Newcastle and Sydney. And beautiful experiences for me on both days. These workshops are so very special, to see and feel how people are called to Reiki when the time is right, and how they are guided to the right ‘teachers’ for them,  it truly still is an awe inspiring process. To be in the presence of people who have in some cases waited for many years, and even searched for years…. And to have them enroll in one of our groups  – this is so humbling, and I feel a deep sense of gratitude to be of service, of service to whatever wants to unfold on the day.

Yes the days were about ‘teaching’ Tanran Reiki, and, at the same time there is a sense of deep knowing, that more people have taken another important step on their path, another step on the way home to their true selves.

When I allow myself to step back a little and see the difference in people from when they come to the workshop and when they leave, their whole being seems to change, to become lighter after receiving their attunements into Reiki. In many ways it was as if on  this weekend 10 people walked into the workshops and ten different people walked confidently out, with clearer in(ner)sight.

My heart and my Soul would like to say thank you and Namaste, to all those who listened to the call of their Souls and attended the workshops over the weekend.

…Embracing change is one of the things I say Tanran Reiki does, and I am embracing it as well – I have formed a group on Meetup.com, to encourage more people to come along to the Reiki share evenings, http://www.meetup.com/Reiki-Share-Newcastle-Paterson these really are a great opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and most importantly give and receive Reiki.  Feel free to circulate this to other Reiki’s

And the changes continue…. we have  now added information in the books and music pages, the books are books that Sonja or I have found useful to us on our journeys so far, and I am sure we will add more to the list

Music these are some of the tracks that we use during Reiki and other workshops, some are great for relaxing, others are more suited to work or for use during sessions as healing sounds – the next task, sometime will be to add more links where you can listen to or purchase the music …. all in perfect time  – wow amazing how this works – I just have to add another track to the list…..

Haaaaah, I just love the Reiki share evenings, and last night was, another beautiful evening, a chance for Sonja and I to catch up with friends, and of course to channel and receive, pure love, what a way to spend the evening!! Bliss….. I felt I released a few things, and had a few revelations whilst receiving. Then there is the unique feeling the energy of each Reiki channel, this just has to be felt …….
Thank you Sonja for hosting the evening, and to Sue, Gina and Tony for showing up, to give, and receive loving energy, and for making it a great winters evening.

At last, at times we thought we would never get there!

It has been another interesting journey associated with Tanran Reiki, our first web site launched in December 2009 was built completely by us, and it was a bit of fun,  some hard work and a lot of love went into it. The first site served us well it got Tanran Reiki in Australia out there on the web. At the same time the program used to build the site, whilst fairly easy to use, had some limitations which maybe we could have overcome given time and some expert help.

In the end, we decided it was time to make a new site and get some help, and of course help came along in the guise of one of our Reiki I students Tim Cox, and our thanks go to Tim for his time and effort.

And wow!! ….. it really is up it is quite exciting as the new site is much bigger and has, some nice stuff – like the blog that the old site did not have. And we are sure that there will be many changes as we add new information, and find new ways of keeping in contact.
